the dmy international design festival was once again amazing: here is my personal highlight and winners of the festival price. with more than 35700 visitors, the 10th edition of the dmy festival as well as the exhibition of the german design award »designpreis der bundesrepublik deutschland« have been a great success.

„gravity stool“ by jólan van der wiel (the netherlands) was one of the 3 winning concepts_magnetic fields in the machine, in opposition to one another, determines the final shape of the gravity stool:

all startet with urban mutation couture…back in the days..after the wall came down in berlin. in the beginning of the 90`s, clubs like ufo, fischlabor and later on the e werk and tresor was inspirational for the work and the homebase of uta and martin…events like chromapark
