ettina berrios negrón is the famous founder of the avant-garde store konk , one of berlins most famous cutting edge designer stores. after the success of the konk store, she started here own collections and now with the the delivery of the second collection she opened a great store /atelier kind of wonderland.
it’s a very private touch , expect a poetic setting and one of the most bespoke collections in berlin at the moment.

….color was a theme that was missed by many buyers i spoke to…but especially at the female section at premium for example: rena lange_rinai_and at the amazing day by birger et mikkelson colletion..color and patchwork was more than visible: mondrian colors_bold ethnic brights for dresses, knitwear and jackets. it will be a season full of suspense…..and for all of you who have the BVLK trend themes from us in mind: beside all the tradition and warm aristo grunge themes….be sure that the trend themes_smart minimal and_bright culture _are not to be underestimated.

THE Berlin Paris…and global art project will show an impressive exhibition : expect to have your mind blown…the CHICKS are know for here creative and colourful work all over the world..from gallery projects up to live gigs and fashion cooperationist. This will be on of the top shows in autumn in berlin. there are several performances and live events during the show.

RAF SIMONS was one of the main guests during the opening of the exhibition: he CURATES the avant-garde diaries exhibition for Mercedes Benz in Berlin. The project will be on tour in Europe, but at the moment there are no information’s where the tour will stop. AFTER THE 2ND DAY..ITS CLEAR…a big success …..
…it was s a massive event. FISHERSPOONER LIVE…….MICHAELE CLARK LIVE..ON STAGE……THESE NEW PURITANS WITH IN TOTAL 14 PEOPLE ON THE STAGE..not bad and very costy…..MERCEDES BENZ has reached a new link to the ARTY consumer….
The opening was a gigantic must see hall of fame of german and europe fashion scene in Berlin. The amazing Berlin congress center a post Bauhaus building gave the perfect setting fort he art installations of the artists choosen by Raf Simons. Of couse the new A series from Mercedes Benz was also part of the installation, but in general the event is well, well done. The new launched web site
is a great tool for the company to interact with new consumer groups…

„Im in Berlin for the three day Transmission 1 festival, sponsored by Mercedes-Benz and curated by Raf Simons. Held in the Berlin Congress Centre, designed by Hermann Henselmann in the 1960s, the centrepiece of the festival is a new concept A-Class car from Mercedes, presented in a smoke and light ‘cube’ by the artists Germaine Kruip and Thierry Dreyfuss, with Kraftwerk’s ‘Autobahn’ playing on repeat. There are exhibitions/installations by Peter de Potter, Peter Saville, Konstantin Grcic and Germaine Kruip. Last night These New Puritans performed; tonight, Goose and Fischerspooner will take over the stage, while tomorrow the Michael Clark dance company will perform and Jo-Ann Furniss, Tim Blanks and Paul Morley will hold a panel discussion entitled “Show & Tell: Pop Culture.” Each night there are film screenings in the cinema, which is appointed with huge black cushions. And finally, I am live blogging from a specially designed ‘blogger room’ straight onto a big screen beside the showcar, as is Begüm of the incredible Dandygumblog.“

..it was in the air since 7th of july….and i can say : yes..the capsule did a very,very good job: awesome collections…AVIATIC : …. was our highlight..the menswear collection is going big already : we spotted the aviatic line in february in paris…..and they are really HOT and UP and coming…if you like brands the famous L’Eclaireur is buying….. ….we love there love for details and the amazing washings………. : other brands on capsule…: from maharishi up to HOMECORE…
the setting of the showroom was relaxed and work atmosphere was on the point…..all important buyers showed up..hope to see you next season……or in paris or nyc….

today its the 3rd day of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin…after premium , bbb, and aweseome catzwalk shows…here are some first highlights……
during the WOOD WOOD show (wood wood presented the best collection the guys ever did !!) i saw this amazing young lady….. below..: sweet……like a summer dream……I ADORE this shirts..lasercutted dots meet minimalism and poetry…..in combination with the straw hat….LOVE !!

gio goi repositioning @ BBB…great new detailing…much more cleaner and bit more distinguished….us liked…
brand new and the first collection from the former kuyichi product manager…KING OF INDIGO::::american denim looks with japanese love for details…organic cotton concept at its best:::LOOK OUT FOR THIS BRAND :::: they will go big !!!
